It's a new established factory in Shenzhen entirely invested by Hitachi Cable Ltd, which is the cable business group of Japan Hitachi Ltd. The company manages in sensor of medical ultrasonic equipment, connector of banking ATM and wire of notebook cheap ralph lauren polo shirts and monitor system. I am the first finance manager of the company. I supervise all the accounting staffs and take charge in all the finance and taxation affairs, and directly reporte to the Japanese president and Japan headquarter. My main job includes: define various internal finance regulations, prepare accounting positions guidance form, ERP installation and initialization, monthly inventories stocktaking and yearly FA stocktaking, monthly accounting closing, prepare full set of finance reports, declare all kinds of taxes(including export refund), complete quarterly Hitachi Group's consolidation package, prepare cashflow budget for all kinds of currency and loan planning, as well as preparing P/L forecast; call together the managers to hold the monthly performance analysis meeting and bring forward the exsitent financial manage problems and relative solutions. I was also responsible for associating with tax bureau, SAFE, bank, accounting firm and liasing with headquarter for taxation, foreign exchange, cashflow, annual audit and consolidation report. We engaged E&Y accounting firm for audit and utilise the UF871 ERP which was introduced by me.
