As a Mechanical development Project Leader, I am in charge of the development of new chi hair straightener and LCD monitor models for the Samsung overseas factories. Manage the new models development process, from the product design to the main line production. Lead my project team to resolve problems during the development, Negotiation and consultation with other departments of the develop issues, also coordinate with other departments to make sure the successful completion of the development and reach our goal schedule of the new product. Monitoring the vendor's production, checking the product to make it according with our development quality requirement, arranging the schedule of the new model making and other affairs are also parts of our team’s job. When the development finished and lead to our oversea factory for local production, we also have to business trip to the factory to help the new product production on line successfully.
